I have hurt the back my foot, dr assessed and adv torn tendon, it's now been 4 weeks i'm still in gr8 pain, besides the back of foot also pain from my heel under my foot and straight to my second toe, i cannot flex my toes or foot up and down?

See orthoped foot MD: Your symptoms sound like you need a tendon repair, if you cannot control your foot effectively. You should see a foot specialist.

Re-evaluate: You may very well have more than just a torn tendon, and need assessment for even nerve and bone involvement. It is not feasible herein to provide precise data, but do advise close followup with your treating physician. Question of surgery vrs. conservative approaches needs decisions.
