Reinjury/ insuff. Rx: If not enough immobilization following sprain or avulsion fracture, followed by not enough rehabilitation therapy, injury and chronic pain may recur. A ligamentous injury that often accompanies may prolong the healing.May need further imaging. Sometimes further examination with mr imaging is necessary if complications occur.

Depends: If the fracturevv had ligament attached it could cause a rupture or if fragment moved it could cause tendon pain and possible joint pain. Suggest MRI to check. I take it no surgery was done?
