A member asked:

Why would it be that my heart rate stays so elevated through the night until the next afternoon when i run at night? it will be around 105-125bpm

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Needs evaluation: There are several reasons to have an elevated heart - thyroid abnormality, arrhythmia, inappropriate sinus tachycardia. I think you should see your pcp to have the evaluation started.
