Septal aneurysms : These are quite common and no they don't rupture like typical aneurysms.

Not really: Septal wall dilated, flutters but it is all inside heart so rupture is not the issue. With hole - septal defect, - infection, paradoxical embolism, failure are possibilities. Surgical repair is possible.
