I have a intra atrial septal aneursym and an asd can these rupture or get worse? my ef is 50-55%. do these lessen life expectancy?

ASD: These problems usually don't lessen life expectancy signficantly if the ASD shunt is minimal. There are possible negative development but atrial septal aneurysm isn't a 'rupture' problem, embolism is its major complication. Discuss these in detail with your Doc so you understand the implications.
