Fatigue: Narcolepsy is not a disease that occurs out of the blue. You give little information. I would consider sleep hygiene issues. Depression, anxiety first.

ATP deficiency: Majority of chronic fatigue results from a deficiency of ATP (the body's primary energy source). ATP is made in the mitochondria and the mitochondria are highly subject to dysfunction in what is called the Mitochondrial Cell Danger Response. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wul65Yw1Yp4&t=29shttps://www.researchgate.net/publication/256187876_Metabolic_Features_of_the_Cell_Danger_Response
