I have chronic high blood pressure for 20 yrs and take 4 types of medication per day. 180/105 usually. today it is 105/65 w/ fatigue and shortness of breath. over all not feeling well. should i seek medical attention?

Your BP is poorly controlled. I do recommend a visit to the ER in view of your drop in BP,apparent weakness & shortness of breath. EKG,chest xray, O2 sat,&appropriate lab work should be performed. Eventually a cardiologist should look into your resistant hypertension & adjust your medications to attain a goal of 130/80 or lower.
