Might consider: Maybe have used either Provigil or nuvigil, but neither will raise your blood pressure. Concerta might help, and low dose extended release Ritalin (methylphenidate) another choice perhaps, but these less restraints on b.P. Effect.

Why would Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) lower my blood pressure? Yes I have symptoms of low BP not high. Foggy, tight chest, light headed, cold. Only 35 mg.
Is having low blood pressure while on Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) bad? Only symptom of it is sometimes cold feet and sweaty hands but it doesn't last all day.
