Diagnosis?: What was the diagnosis and by whom? Oral surgeon, primary care physician? Neurologist? Ent specialist, etc. Without being able to see you, know the diagnosis, see x-rays, know who you've seen and what their findings were, etc. We have very little information to go on and can't offer any advice other than perhaps to seek another opinion.

Pain: If you are having pain there must be a cause. Until cause determined the appropriate treatment cannot be administered. Note that pain killers don't cure the cause, just dull the symptoms. Please see a specialist Oral Surgeon, a specialist Endodontist, or a specialist Oral Pathologist to help you define the cause.
