False blood sugars: One, you do not need to be testing. Why would you put yourself through the pain of this? Second, that reading is not accurate. So, do not worry about it. You do not have diabetes, or other illness that would require you to be monitoring your sugars and any results you get with 'testing for fun' are inconsequential.
