I have a 12 hour fasting blood sugar of 104mg/dl. im very worried. is it certain that i will develop diabetes?pls help.

Need more tests: 104 fasting is in the prediabetes range but can't make the diagnosis on one number. See your doctor for another fasting sugar draw or a test called hemoglobin a1c. If it's between 5.7-6.4 and fasting sugar 100-125, then you have prediabetes. This is the most important time to get an exercise and diet regimen going. At this stage, it's reversible.
