Not diabetic or pre-diabetic, but fasting blood sugar is 90. how do i lower this? i'm quite worried about it spiking to pre-diabetic.

Have 2 hour GTT: To reduce your concern and if obese, get a 2 hour glucose tolerance test ordered to tell.

It's fine.: You don't treat something that doesn't need treated. If you wish to avoid diabetes, eat right, exercise and keep your weight down.

Keep weight down: A fasting blood glucose of 90 is quite acceptable. Short of hereditary factors which you cannot control, all you can do is eat a healthy, balanced diet and exercise regularly to keep your body weight and fat at a normal, healthy level.
