You don't mention how low your blood sugar drops.. In a healthy person fasting shouldn't drop your blood sugar below 70 although in very prolonged fasting with development of ketosis, nondiabetic hypoglycemia can occur. Try lessening the time of fasting if you're experiencing true nondiabetic hypoglycemia.
