Watch it: Many meningiomas don't change in size and it's safe to watch them over time. I would wonder why there was a ct scan or MRI done in the first place; if you were having symptoms that could be related to the meningioma then that might change things but in most cases meningiomas can be safely monitorred over time, and if you can avoid brain surgery you probably should!
