I have a 7mm meningioma in my middle cranial fossa. i have constant ear ringing. do you normally treat in this location and this size or leave alone?

Treat: If it looks as is the meningioma is causing your ringing, i would treat it. If it is asymptomatic, i would repeat the MRI annually, and treat only if it is growing. Because of the way radiosurgery works, radiation dose to the body risers exponentially with size of the tumor, so i would not wait for it to get big.
