Whats the difference between well distended gallbladder and partially distended gallbladder?

As loaded barrel: Gall bladder contracts and empties the bile with fatty meal , physiological distended gb is filled to the capacity , ready to empty after meal results in partially distended half filled gb. Distends in disease also as stone blocks cystic duct ( hydrops ) or tumor in head of pancreas.
