My diagnosis was: gallbladder is partially distended, showing two echogenic foci , not casting posterior acoustic shadowing , measuring 3.0 mm.

Polyp or cholesterol: Gall stones cast acoustic shadows , with out as you describing , may be polyps , which have high incidence of malignant transformation in a large polyp, or cholesterol deposits , causes severe cholecystitis. As in strawberry gb either way in a symptomatic case surgery advised please speak to your doctor.
