Sounds normal: The urinary bladder and the gall bladder each fill and empty regularly in normal people every day. The comment on the ultrasound report doesn't indicate that there is anything abnormal.

Probably normal: Partyially distended bladder at time of ultrasound just means you had some urine present, which is normal. Semidistded gall bladder means that it was 1/2 full of bile, which is also normal.
