Yes!!!: Big as in successful? I don't have any examples of professional athletes or business (wo)men who've had their gallbladders removed because it's not considered a big deal nor does the surgery or lack of gallbladder impede anyone's function, either on the field or off it. Techniques have advanced dramatically such that removal of gallbladder is now an outpatient procedure with a few small punctures.
