Not normal: But not rare. For some weeks to months after gallbladder removal, you can get pain until your system gets accustomed to lack of storage organ. This wil pass with time. Also sometimes you can get alkaline reflux gastritis or esophagitis. You sometimes need to take medicine called sucralfate. Ask your surgeon for recommendation.

Yes : Any time one has surgery there is a period of adjustment while things come back to normal. Don't worry so much about amount Eat small meals with protein, less fat. Should improve sober the next few weeks
