Consider ulcers: Gallbladder and ulcers in the stomach can have very similar symptoms. It is possible that excess acid, pre-ulcer type changes, or full-blown ulcers can cause symptoms similar to gallbladder disease. I recommend you see your doctor for further evaluation.
