What did your OB say: U need to be referred to an infert spec to see if tubes can be fixed or not , u may need invitro fert as u do not want a damaged tube that causes an ectopic preg.

Although this is not: The purpose of an hsg (it is to assess if the tubes are blocked or not), it has been known to happen from time to time.
