I had a hsg it filled both tubes but no "spillage" can i still get pregnant or do i have to get another/different procedure done to help?

Sometimes: the tubes are normal, but don't "spill" due to spasm. If they are occluded, you could be a candidate for corrective surgery. You need to talk to your infertility doc about the results and your options.
