HSG: Heavy bleeding should not be a consequence of this x-ray. The cervix is grasped with a clamp and this could cause bleeding, usually not for 3days. Call your doctor.

Maybe from the cervix: Bleeding for a day or two after an hsg is normal. The bleeding is probably unrelated to the fact that your tubes are blocked. Please follow up with your physician though this may be abnormal for you.
