I had my hsg test done today and i was told both of my tubes are blocked, what are my options now what can i do to help me get pregnant?

Both tubes blocked?: HSG is a sensitive and reliable test but there can be a significant rate of 'false' blockages described. Discuss this with your doctor. If both tubes are blocked, pregnancy can only happen through IVF or if tubal surgery is performed and successful. Again, your doctor can advise you best about options.
