Not usually.: Physicians are busy. We see up to 30 patients a day. Nevertheless, your primary care doctor should be able to review some basic medical and social information from the chart to jog his or her memory. Anything that improves the doctor-patient relationship will help improve trust and compliance and therefore outcomes.
