Confused/forgetful for past week. cant remember things seconds after i do them. know what tasks to do but cant remember how to do them, simple things like clicking a mouse. stroke? tia? i dont know if i should go to er or see pcp. its getting worse.

You need to be seen: by a neurologist. Either the ER or your PCP an make the referral. Go ASAP.
