Monitor and relax.: Anxiety can actually make you lose weight from too much worrying. Since the tests ran by your pcp and the gastroenterologist were negative and i assume that you are asymptomatic except for weight loss and maybe loss of appetite, i would just relax . It may help if you see a therapist for relaxation techniques or take up yoga. It may help to see if certain foods can cause your abdominal pain.
