Sperm motility: People tend to forget that it "takes 2 to tango", if you catch my meaning. Please have your husband/significant other be seen by their physician. This usually requires an evaluation of sperm count and mobility, sometimes this workup is performed by an urologist or as part of your infertility workup.

As above : Make sure u partner get checked as well, and if he is ok , see a fertility clinic.

Fertility work up: I usually ask to get a semen analysis on your partner next and have you do some ovulation prediction kits to see if you are ovulating. I then ask you to have intercourse the day after you have a positive ovulation kits test. There are other things that i sometimes do based on your history as well, but with the limited info you are giving that would be a good next step.
