Zoloft (sertraline): Pre-marketing studies of zoloft (sertraline) (another source) showed 12% of people had "dizziness" (not characterized further as "vertigo" or "spinning, " etc). The source i first quoted said more than 10%, which is close to this 12% figure. These figures would also leave ~90% of people who did not experience dizziness. If ~12% of patients in pre-marketing studies had dizziness, 88% did not. Big majority.
