If prescribed: If your doctor has reviewed your case thoroughly and has prescribed zoloft, (sertraline) it may help your anxiety. Anxiety can cause many physical symptoms, including dizziness. Also, many anxious people worry a lot about their health -- some may even become convinced of having physical illness where none is present. Cognitive behavioral therapy may be a very helpful part of your treatment also.
