Yes absolutely : Side effects are often dose related. Even though you may not have experienced dizziness initially sometimes increasing the dosage will allow for some side effects to break through. This should subside within a few weeks as your body adjusts to the new level of medication.

Yes indeed: Initiation of sertraline or increases in dose can produce this and other side effects. Generally these will pass in days. staying on a dose longer and/or smaller increases in dose may avoid this but not always.
