Not always: Most people take this medication effectively without side effects. It is considered relatively safe and most people don't have side effects. The problem with reading about it on the internet is you wont read about the people who are doing fine on it because they wont come on the internet and post 'im fine'. Youll only hear about the horror stories. Each individual is different. Take as directed.
