Fever & headache: As long as the fever is not high (persistently > 102), and if it has only been 2 days, i would just take Ibuprofen (otc), 3 tabs 3 times a day as this is probably a viral process that will go away by itself. I would wait up to a week for low-grade fever and mild to moderate headache to go away on its own. If the fever is high, or if the headache is unusually severe, you should see a doctor.
