About

Bio

My interest is in the evaluation and treatment of migraines/headaches. I am board certified in Internal Medicine and Neurology. I practiced as a general neurologist for over ten years and then decided to focus on migraine/headaches. I have had migraines since childhood and the causes and treatment interest me. My wife, Mary and I started a headache clinic and have worked together for the past 15 years. My medical training in Neurology was at Wake Forest in North Carolina.

Specialties
Doctors may have more than one area of specialty interest. Board certification in a specialty area means the doctor has completed formal training and has practice experience in that specialty, and has passed the certification examination from the corresponding accredited medical specialty board.
