For the past two days i've had a mild fever, headache, dizzy spells when moving and fatigue. slowly over the two days my back started to throb but this morning the pain has turned acute and now struggling to walk and general pain when still?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may take acetaminophen for the pain, no more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
