What to do if i want to get silicone breast and buttocks implants.could i get them at the same time?

May not be wise: My opinion - I do not recommend breast implants and buttock implants at the same time.

Recovery is rough: In most situations of buttock augmentation, you will be asked to keep pressure off of your buttocks for the first 2 weeks of recovery so that will generally require you to sleep on your sides or back. That can be pretty rough if you have breast implants in place!
