Nerve impingement?: This is most likely located on the outer part of the implant and may be due to nerve impingement by the implant. This may due to nerve preservation in an effort to maintain nipple sensation, occasionally breast implant exercises may help. Although capsular contracture may present with pain, it tends to be progressive. Nsaids may help. Discuss with your surgeon.
