Brace: Brace at a young age can correct, serial casting too. But at 40 years old these wouldn't help. Might want to consider orthotics made to induce out toeing gait.

Why?: Unless there is severe instability, pain, or difficulty with daily life, intoeing correction is not recommended because it requires surgery at your age. Even younger ages, most intoeing goes away by age 12 on its own though bracing may help to prevent severe deformity. Hope that helps.
