Time or Dentist: The bone reforms and reshapes in its own time. However if it has been a while, then the dentist can assist in the reshaping or removal of sections to assist in healing.

See your dentist: If you have minimal pain then the bone spurs can work themselves out slowly. You can also see your dentist and the dentist can remove them. Sometime residual bone spurs are present after teeth are removed. Good luck.
