Extractions: Your symptoms are normal. It may take a week to ten days for the area to really start feeling better. Regarding the bleeding, gentle pressure biting down with sterile gauze for 15 min should stop the bleeding, repeat every 15 minutes as needed. Any further concerns should be directed to your provider.

Routine: these are routine questions that should have been addressed by the doc who extracted the teeth. Were you given a list of written instructions? Normal symptoms so far. If it's been 10 hours and still bleeding, contact dentist. He/she may have to see you.
