Probaly no: Swallowing vomit probably will not cause a major problem but there is a chance that the up and back exposure to stomach acid could cause transiant irritation of the esophagus. Better to find why you are vomiting? Repeat vomiting or vomiting against force could cause a serious esopageal injury. Also, if vomit were to get into the lungs it could lead to a significant pulmonary problem.
