Not necessarily: Organic food is healthier than processed food to your body and sometimes protects against some cancers. However the wrong type of organic food including a high carbohydrate low-protein high-fat diet can result in weight gain. Therefore if you consume high calories mostly from carbohydrates you can still gain a lot of weight. A strictly vegan diet however, can result in weight-loss when done well.
