Diet: A diet is how you eat all of the time not what you go on to lose weight. Try some diet changes that you can live with forever as opposed to going on a diet. General healthy rules: eat more fruits and veggies, drink more water. Walk daily!

DONT DIET: Don't DIET- instead make small changes you can live with. For example, vegetables are filling and high in nutrients- try to increase your intake daily. Find one that are in season and eat them- They can make up 1/4 to half your plate without adding many calories, and yet make you feel full with good nutrients. Be more active too- park a little further away from the supermarket- every bit helps
