Life is not strict: Life and medicine do not survive in black or white realities but across a spectrum. There is no oe rule for sleep for any one individual and definitely not for a whole population.

Hours of Sleep: Most studies have shown sleeping between 6 to 8 hours for the average person there are always exceptions. Sleeping less than 6 hrs or more than 8 hours can cause premature morbidity and mortality.
