It's not typical: Most babies at this age, especially if they're eating solids 3 times a day, do not wake up this frequently at night. It could be that she wants the comfort of being held (and fed) when she wakes up, and not that she's truly hungry. Most babies this age are ready for night weaning, so you could try to wean 1 feed at a time. If she wakes up (for the mid feed) try to comfort her w/o feeding.

Not enough daytime: Baby systems really are on a 24 hour cycle, and a very accurate one. If they are not getting enough calories during the daytime hours, they will awaken at night to feed. This is normal as newborns and early infancy because they are limited by stomach size and can only feed so much. But by 7 months, she should be able to feed enough during the day to get through the night. Increase day intake....

At 6 mos. learned : behaviors lead to " trained night crying". If growth, health & development are all ok, at a consistent bedtime feed, brush her teeth, read, rock & put her in her own crib in her own room drowsy but awake to self-calm for sleep. If everything is the same as when she fell asleep, she'll go back to sleep on her own IF you consistently ignore her night-crying. It will first increase, then stop.
