Need treatments: Colonoscopy will show only colon tumors not bowel cancers, small bowel cancers are less common , difficult to diagnose , most of the time not diagnosed in early stages , from what you are telling , your problem appear to be nutritional need to take more calories , seek the advise of your treatment team, .
