See your physician: If you truely have colon cancer you are on the right track by having a colonosopy. It does not sound like you have that diagnosis as yet. Your anxiety prior to an actual diagnosis could be the cause of your muscle weakness and weight loss.

Unlikely: It is very rare for someone your age to develop colon cancer. Colonoscopy is a good to evaluate and rule out your colon from having other issues in addition to colon cancer. If u have been diagnosed with colon cancer and these aymptoms are happening then they could be treatment related or other issues. It does not mean its spreading but u do need to discuss new symptoms with your oncologist.

Not necessarily : The symptoms you describe are non specific. If the colonoscopy is being done for anemia, the anemia alone can cause all over body symptoms.
