A member asked:

I had been on isotretinoin (twice) and always had severe hair loss and folliculitis. will the hair grow back or is it permanent loss?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Normally reversible: Isotretinoin induced hair loss is normally reversible if you stop using the drug. However you should have a full evaluation because it is possible that you have hair loss for some other reason.
