Ive had folliculitis-like red papules on only one side of my face for over a year. current treatment with isotretinoin and ivermectin (topical and oral) thinking about demodex, but in one year it hasnt gone away, what else could it be?

Your dermatologist will have to sort this out for you and if you're not satisfied with his/her treatment seek a second opinion from another dermatologist. You want the best of care especially when your face is involved.
